iBURB Pty Ltd has invested significant amounts of time and finance constructing computer based information systems and programmes created specifically for the Victorian planning and property industry. These systems and programs are designed and aimed at ensuring that all information, advice and material provided by iBURB Pty Ltd is accurate and current and meets or exceeds the generally accepted highest of industry standards, particularly in terms of content and timing.
iBURB Pty Ltd acknowledges that the upkeep and maintenance of accurate and current planning and property information is an evolving and ongoing process, necessitating constant monitoring of state and local government legislation changes and current trends within the planning and property industry.
iBURB Pty Ltd sources all requested information relating to Victorian properties from pertinent state and local government websites and is therefore subject to the current availability, accuracy and timing of the information available from such websites at the time of each information search.
Importantly, the accuracy of all requested information is totally dependent upon the accuracy of the property information that you, the client, provides to iBURB Pty Ltd.

iBURB Pty Ltd is committed to returning the planning and/or property information contained within the three (3) Planning and Property Kits, as listed in the Information Category Terms and Conditions below, the same business day (i.e. Monday to Friday) upon completion and/or authorization of the payment process received up until the close of business that same business day (i.e. Monday to Friday 5.00pm).
iBURB Pty Ltd proudly provides you with a quick and safe electronic delivery and payment method to save your important time and money.
6. Advertising Terms and Conditions
By subscribing to one of the three (3) Advertising Listings available on the iBURB Victorian Planning Portal, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions applying to your selected Advertising Listing:
1. 1/4 Page - Basic Annual Advertisement

$250.00 per annum payable in full to iBURB Pty Ltd within 14 days receipt of the Invoice from iBURB Pty Ltd

2. 1/2 Page - Advanced Annual Advertisement

$500.00 per annum payable in full to iBURB Pty Ltd within 14 days receipt of the Invoice from iBURB Pty Ltd

8. Refunds and Cancellations
If deemed appropriate and in accordance with criteria contained in iBURB Pty Ltd’s Refund and Cancellation Policy, iBURB Pty Ltd will promptly refund the full amount of the applicable Planning and Property Kit charge or Advertising Design fee paid.

iBURB Pty Ltd adheres to, and stands behind, rigorous practices and policies in undertaking the offering of Internet Access and Internet Exposure to individuals, practices and companies affiliated with the planning and property industry. iBURB Pty Ltd has developed certain concepts, proprietary information, trade secrets, systems, relationships and know-how pertaining to its interactive town planning information internet based systems with a focus on the town planning, development and property industries.
Nevertheless, if for any reason not cited below a subscriber is not completely satisfied with iBURB Pty Ltd’s internet services, the subscriber may request iBURB Pty Ltd terminate the account within seven (7) days of subscribing.
Excluded from refund is:
1. Listed Company Advertising Design
- Accounts are non-refundable after the client has received and approved initial design.
- Accounts are non-refundable after the advertisement has been placed on the iBURB Victorian Planning Portal website.
- Accounts are non-refundable for information and content provided by iBURB Pty Ltd in accordance with iBURB Pty Ltd’s Advertising Terms and Conditions, contained at Clause 6 to the iBURB Pty Ltd Customer Service Policy. Please click here for the iBURB Customer Service Policy.
- Accounts are non-refundable for connection problems and deficiency in performance caused in whole or in part by faulty equipment used and/or provided by the client.
- Accounts are non-refundable for connection problems and deficiency in performance caused in whole or in part by the act or omission of an underlying carrier or service provider, dealer, equipment or facility failure, network problems, interference, lack of coverage or network capacity, acts of God, emergency, government actions or any other causes beyond iBURB Pty Ltd’s control.
- Accounts terminated by iBURB Pty Ltd due to a breach of iBURB Pty Ltd’s Advertising Terms and Conditions, contained at Clause 6 to the iBURB Pty Ltd Customer Service Policy. Please click here for the iBURB Customer Service Policy.
2. Property & Planning Kits
- Accounts are non-refundable after the client has received property and/or planning advice and/or information in accordance with iBURB Pty Ltd’s Information Category Terms and Conditions, contained at Clause 7 to the iBURB Pty Ltd Customer Service Policy. - Accounts are non-refundable for any delays in receipt of information due to connection problems and deficiency in performance caused in whole or in part by faulty equipment used and/or provided by the client.
- Accounts are non-refundable for any delays in receipt of information due to connection problems and deficiency in performance caused in whole or in part by the act or omission of an underlying carrier or service provider, dealer, equipment or facility failure, network problems, interference, lack of coverage or network capacity, acts of God, emergency, government actions or any other causes beyond iBURB Pty Ltd’s control.

If refund is deemed appropriate, iBURB Pty Ltd will promptly credit the client’s credit card account for the full amount of the applicable Property and/or Planning Kit fee paid.
